Cash dividends, if any, will be at the discretion of our board of directors and the amount of cash dividends per share will depend upon, among other things, our future operations and earnings, capital requirements and surplus, general financial condition, contractual restrictions, number of shares of common stock outstanding and other factors our board of directors may deem relevant. The timing and amount of future dividend payments will be at the discretion of our board of directors.
