Terra Grantham was named Chief Financial Officer in June 2026, having been named as Interim Chief Financial Officer in February. Prior to this role, she was leading Enterprise Strategy and Growth for CPI and has been key to driving our strategy for most of her tenure. Since joining CPI in 2017, Terra has served as Senior Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis and Strategy and has held a number of leadership roles in the areas of Sustainability, Partnerships, Transformation and FP&A. Terra has over 25 years of senior roles in finance, including the oversight of businesses up to $1B in revenue and has contributed across multiple CFO areas including capital strategy and treasury, financial reporting, investor relations, pricing, and risk management. Terra received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Grinnell College in Grinnell, Iowa and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor.
